Program Description: This class is for SEO Library Consortium library staff. The Symphony WorkFlows Cataloging class will introduce you to the basic cataloging functions of the new SirsiDynix Symphony software. In this session, we will present an overview of searching, toolbar navigation, the three tiers of catalog records, call number and item maintenance. We will also introduce the new features of the WorkFlows Label Designer. And last but not least, you will be amazed by the improved Serials Module! Checking in serials, modifying, combining issues, receiving special issues and supplements are now a breeze. Classes will begin at 9am and end at 4pm. You will have a break for lunch; however, no meals will be provided.
