Program Description: This class is for SEO Library Consortium library staff. The Symphony WorkFlows Circulation class will introduce you to the basic circulation functions of the new SirsiDynix Symphony software. During this hands-on session, we will present an overview of searching, toolbar navigation, check-in, check-out, fast adds, renewals, user registration, user privileges, blocks, bills, fees, holds, blanket holds, and what to do with damaged or missing items. We will explain the process of running essential reports such as hold shelf available items, expired hold shelf items, and pull list. You will also be introduced to Sirsi’s new feature “Staff Web” and eLibrary. Classes will begin at 9am and end at 4pm. You will have a break for lunch; however, no meals will be provided.
