This course covers the basics in accessing and searching World Book Online and Oxford Reference Online and Ohio History Central’s Online Encyclopedia.

Getting Ready:

First time users will need to install a safe and easy to use plug-in called tcConference. You can do this any time before a session by selecting or cutting and pasting the URL below into your web browser :

 http://www.library.ohio.gov/ls/eclassroomplugin 

Follow the directions to install the plugin.  It only takes a few minutes.

Entering the eClassroom:

Join the class 10 minutes prior to start time by selecting or cutting and pasting the URL below into your web browser:

http://www.library.ohio.gov/ls/libtraining

From this page, select "Connect to the State Library eClassroom", then select "Click here to enter the room". Your username is your regular name (either just first and last or first) and no password is required.
