Reserve a Meeting Room

The State Library of Ohio is currently accepting meeting room reservations for events.

Reserve a Meeting Room

Meeting rooms can be reserved at no cost for use during regular business hours. The primary purpose of meeting rooms is for State Library activities, including programs presented by State Library staff or by other organizations affiliated with the State Library. State of Ohio agencies can reserve meeting rooms for work-related purposes or other members of the library community for library-related functions. To reserve a room, submit a request online or call 614-644–7061 or 800–686–1532 (Ohio only).

Reserve a Room Now

We reserve the right to limit the frequency of use of our meeting rooms and to cancel reservations. All booking requests are reviewed before granting approval. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. The needs of the State Library of Ohio take precedence over other groups. We reserve the right to cancel prior meeting room reservations with at least 48 hours notice or with less notice in case of emergency (weather emergencies, etc.).

Reservations for regularly-scheduled meetings can be scheduled up to a year in advance. Reservations can be canceled at any time.

All scheduled meetings are posted on a public calendar.

The room holds a small sofa and table for use with a few chairs and is available in one-hour blocks on a first-come, first-served basis. Should the room be unavailable, we will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodations.
